University of Bedfordshire Freshers Fair Chess Society
University of Bedfordshire Student Union Chess Society was at the September Freshers Fair this month.
Players from Bedford and Luton chess clubs were at the stalls to help teach and play chess. Luton's top player provided entertainment by beating players simultaneously, and then playing blindfold.
Students at all levels enjoyed playing over the board, using the new chess equipment generously funded by the University, and many signed on to join the University Chess Society.
